The farce of carnival

A tale in three acts inspired by the 15th century Commedia dell’Arte character. Harlequin, Pierrot and Columbine stage the farce of love that is always repeated at carnival like a romantic comedy Pierrot who loves Colombina who loves Harlequin who loves no one. Legend has it that whoever manages to eat his heart of gold will be transformed forever. Harlequin is like the joker in the deck.
